This service is for you if you are overwhelmed by your client requests and need a simple process put in place.
This service includes:
A review of your current client requests (usually in email but can be through Facebook, DM’s, etc).
Set up an organizational structure in the email along with a calendar.
Input all existing appointments into the calendar within the organizational system.
Once this is done we show you the process and hand the keys over to you!
The Good Spot Service
This service is for you if you want a simple way to organize your books AND have the option of a professional managing it.
This service includes:

Includes one custom, branded appointment request form with submissions received via email.
You can also add scheduling assistant services to help manage ongoing emails and appointments.
The Premium Spot Service
This service is for you if you want to streamline the way you manage your books with a custom application AND have a professional manage it.

Includes one custom waiver/consent form.
Never have to worry about your books again! You get to review all the incoming requests, approve/reject them and perform your service and we’ll take care of the rest!
Some of the features of this system are:
The Artists are easily able to see all new requests in one spot with all the images attached.
The Scheduling Assistant is alerted when there are new requests to schedule.
A workflow process from beginning to end so you know each stage an appointment is at to properly schedule. No losing requests!
Streamline the booking process through the app so all details are sent to the client without copying and pasting details! Each new appointment sent includes a text alert to clients alerting them that they have received an appointment email. This helps to speed up the booking process as not everyone checks their email on a regular basis!
Includes an FAQ page that all clients are required to review before submitting a request so they know all of the rules regarding booking (i.e. non-refundable deposits, rescheduling policies, etc).
Automated confirmations are sent to clients to remind them of their appointments and require them to confirm their appointment via a confirmation form. The scheduling assistant gets text alerts for all unconfirmed appointments.
